ValidConcept: Tangen

One entrepreneur sought out ValidConcept to help realize his vision for a mobile service, an on-the-spot expense reporting app. I assessed the target market, guided him through a business plan and a better understanding of his customers, and created an initial architecture to facilitate more accurate bids from contract developers.

Making it Real, Fast

Tangen assumed that he needed to develop and distribute a smartphone app to have anything to sell. But I demonstrated via rapid prototyping that an initial Mobile Web version could run on any phone and get his service into the market almost immediately.
